If you need to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (or reply to your order confirmation) to initiate returns process.
We must receive the return within 30 days of delivery to you. Once we inspect the returns, a refund will be issued via the same method of payment you used for the order, less any shipping costs (if these were paid).
Items must be in new condition (please do not assemble or modify the item in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Final sales
- Personalized Items
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable”
Extended Return Policy for Holidays
You have until January 31 to return orders placed between December 1 and December 31.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during postage, please report the issue immediately to email@example.com.
Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
